What type of (non-member) appointment would you like to schedule?

Flu Shot Visit Book in the whole family (parents, you too!) for their annual flu shot! Just add each family member getting a flu shot to the booking! After you've chosen the date/time we will reach out to gather your insurance info!

Sick Visit$147: Book this appointment if your child is experiencing an onset of new symptoms such as: cough, fever, runny nose, sore throat, injury, etc.

Checkup$147: Book this appointment for any well child check, annual physical or sports physical.

EAR PIERCING$97: Book for medical ear piercing. We use sterile single-use cartridges and metal grade plastic earrings (provided). You also receive all the cleaning supplies you need for aftercare.

Attention and Focus Evaluation$247: Book this appointment if you have concerns related to attention, focus, OCD, ADHD, anxiety, depression or other mental health and behavioral concerns. We also recommend booking this appointment if you have concerns about autism but have not had a recent behavioral evaluation and/or have not received a specific referral for an autism evaluation.

PANDA/PANS Evaluation$247: Book this appointment if you have concerns related to behavioral changes after a recent illness like strep or other viral illness to evaluate for PANS/PANDAS.

Initial Mental Health Medication Appointment$247:Book this appointment if your child has a current diagnosis (i.e. ADHD, anxiety, depression), taking medication and you have questions or wish to explore medication options for you child.

Parenting Consultation$247: Book this appointment for a Parenting Consultation and Action Plan with Dr. Boucher.
