Flu Shot Visit Book this appointment and schedule in the whole family (parents, you too!) for their annual flu shot! Just add each family member to the same booking! After you've chosen the date/time we will reach out to gather your insurance info if we don't ready have it on file!

Sick VisitBook this appointment if your child is experiencing an onset of new symptoms such as: cough, fever, runny nose, sore throat, injury, etc.

Check-Up VisitBook this appointment for any well-child check, annual physical or sports physical.

Non-Urgent VisitBook this appointment for any non-urgent issues. This includes vaccine only visits, blood draws, chronic conditions (headaches, allergies, coughs, stomach pain, rashes, etc.) that we have seen your child for and need to follow-up on.

Vaccine Only Visit Book this appointment for just vaccines.

Initial Mental Health Medication VisitBook this appointment if your child has a current diagnosis such as ADHD, anxiety, depression that they are currently taking medication for and you have questions about or wish to explore medication options for you child.

Mental Health Medication CheckBook this appointment if your child is currently taking any mental health medication and you have questions/concerns about current meds and behaviors or about changing doses or medications. Also book this appointment if your child is due for a visit to continue receiving refills for their current medication.
