Anxiety, depression, and OCD screening tools
Parent discussion to review family history, stressors, and daily concerns
Whole-child approach that includes sleep, nutrition, movement, and school pressures
Support strategies tailored to your child’s age, communication style, and emotional needs
Clear next steps—including coping tools, parent strategies, and care recommendations
If ongoing support is needed, we continue to partner with you to monitor mood, adjust supports, and manage progress over time.
Includes:
Monthly follow-ups via in-person visits, telehealth, or secure portal
Monitoring of symptoms and mood patterns
Support for school accommodations, routines, and transitions
Medication management, if appropriate
Referrals to therapy or psychological services when indicated
Ongoing coaching and check-ins for parents

When appropriate, yes. But we always consider it carefully and in the context of other supports like sleep, nutrition, school accommodations, and therapy.

That’s okay. Many kids can’t name what’s going on. We help figure it out together through both parent and child input.
