Frontier's 3-Step Process

1) Intake & Evaluation

We begin with a comprehensive evaluation of your child's medical history, current & approaches, and the challenges you're facing right now.

Our thorough, unrushed assessment aims to educate you about your child's condition, ensuring you leave with clear answers and a deeper understanding of how to help your child thrive.

2) Management Plans

Together, we'll develop a personalized management plan tailored to your child's needs.

You'll gain confidence in managing various scenarios—at home, school, or elsewhere.

3) Check-Ins &

Follow-Ups

We maintain ongoing communication to adapt the management plan as your child grows and new challenges arise.

We check in and adjust plans so you can keep making forward progress without long waits, unanswered voicemails, or confusion on what to do next.

We are here for you and your child each step of the way.

What Makes Our Approach Different

We’re not here to rush you through a checklist or second-guess another provider.

We’re here to give your child a full, thoughtful, unbiased review—with the space to ask questions and the time to get answers.

Sometimes that means confirming what you’ve already been told.

Other times, it means uncovering something new. Either way, you’ll leave with:

- A better understanding of your child’s current needs

- Clear options for what to do next

- A sense of direction you can feel good about

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to transfer care to you if I schedule a second opinion visit?

No. This can be a one-time visit. You’re welcome to stay with your current provider—we’ll just help you feel more confident in the path forward.

Do I need to bring records?

Yes, if possible. Past evaluations, reports, labs, and summaries help us get a full picture and avoid repeating things you’ve already done.

Do you diagnose or just review?

Both. We can review existing diagnoses, suggest alternatives, or help determine if more evaluation is needed.

What if I’ve already seen several specialists?

That’s okay. Sometimes a generalist perspective is exactly what’s needed to tie everything together.

What ages do you see?

We work with children and teens—from toddlers to older adolescents.

Do you offer follow-up if we decide to continue with your care?

Yes. If you want to continue care with us, we can move from this review into a full support plan.
