We appreciate the willingness of parents like you to donate and help other families in need. Now that you have completed your initial screening, you will get set up in our system for the laboratory evaluation.

Please note that while we request your insurance information as part of this process, you are not responsible for payment of the lab costs. We use your insurance as the first payer to best utilize our funding and screen as many donors as possible.
